Stolen Equipment Forms - MITA offers members the opportunity to post stolen equipment information directly on MITA's home page of the website. Simply download the form, fill out the information regarding stolen equipment from a job site and fax it to MITA. Since we started posting stolen equipment bulletins, the majority of equipment has been found and returned to the contractor. Click here to download the form.

Trucking Regulation Packets - These packets contain a variety of forms and booklets to assist members in tracking their truck fleet and drivers, as well as helping you to stay current with state/federal regulations.

What’s Going On In Your Neighborhood? - This brochure is available to MITA members for distribution in neighborhoods undergoing sewer and water system construction. It encourages residents to ask questions, be patient, inform contractors of unknown underground utilities, raise concerns promptly and watch the construction as it progresses. The back page of the brochure allows room to include your company’s contact information.
