Trucking Issues and Fleet Inspections - A consultant is on staff to answer those questions relative to the application and interpretation of truck laws. Utility Damage Prevention Consultation - MITA staff will assist members with any utility locating and staking issues. MITA also provides utility complaint fax forms. Once the form is completed and faxed to our office, it will be forwarded to the appropriate utility for a follow-up.
