Trucking Issues and Fleet Inspections - A consultant is on staff to answer those questions relative to the application and interpretation of truck laws. Safety audits are available upon request for a fee, and our consultant can also be retained as an expert witness to any challenged court citation.
Utility Damage Prevention Consultation - MITA staff will assist members with any utility locating and staking issues. MITA also provides utility complaint fax forms. Once the form is completed and faxed to our office, it will be forwarded to the appropriate utility for a follow-up.
