MITA staff is continually working with union representatives and contractors on industry specific collective bargaining agreements.

Our relationships with the major construction unions have led to fair collective bargaining agreements with Operating Engineers, Laborers, Carpenters, Cement Masons, Teamsters, and the Plumbers and Pipe Fitter unions.
