Earlier this morning the Ingham County Circuit Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order and Order to Show Cause that prohibits the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) from maintaining the summary suspension of Tri-Valley Landscaping, Inc.’s (Tri-Valley) prequalification pending prosecution of Tri-Valley’s appeal of MDOT’s decision. The effect of this Circuit Court action is that Tri-Valley’s prequalification suspension is set aside immediately and that Tri-Valley’s prequalification has been reinstated by MDOT.
